Why we started With Ease

Our founder was frustrated with how other property management companies operated. As landlords, we knew what it felt like to get the late-night call, wait days on a vendor, and open a repair bill that seemed way too high. Too often the manager was making money off the owner instead of working for them.

So we started With Ease. We set it up the way we'd want our own rentals run: straight answers, fees you can see before you sign, and repair pricing with nothing hidden. That's still the test we use for every decision. If we wouldn't want it done to our property, we don't do it to yours.

How we do things differently

We wanted a property management company that works for owners, not one that makes its money off them. So With Ease is set up a little differently:

• Honest repair pricing. Many managers run shell "in-house repair companies" and mark up invoices 20 to 150%. We charge a flat 10% on repair invoices, nothing hidden, and the work goes to local vendors at their price.
• A proprietary leasing system. Qualified prospects tour on their schedule, not when an agent happens to be free.
• A tenant resolution system. Tenants solve more issues themselves, owners save money, and problems close faster.
• Modern automation plus real experience. Software handles the repeat work. A team of fellow landlords with more than 15 years of experience handles the judgment calls.
